Making and Preserving Homemade Salsa

We are harvesting the garden and preserving as much as we can for use all year long.  Our tomatoes and peppers have done well this year, so that means salsa.  When we have a good crop of something we try to preserve enough for the upcoming year plus a little extra in case the next year's crop doesn't do as well.  This year I think we were able to can a year and a half's worth of salsa.
