Summer Garden

We took an opportunity to sneak over to my parents and isolate there for a week. I felt very naughty being out of our house, but it was oh so nice!  Just having different furniture and walls to look at was amazing. A few new faces made it simply delightful.

When we returned to our mountain paradise (everything can become tiring with no interruptions) Our garden had grown quite a bit. The weeds had grown too, but worth it to see the garden progress.

I know we're a month or two behind any lowlander garden, but I'm so stinking proud of anything I can grow up here.

We even got our first real harvest.

Every year my  mind boggles at the fact we can plant a few seeds and turn them in to a bounty of food. Isn't nature amazing!
